Abstract

|
Pregnancy-associated aplastic anemia is very rare and characterized by loss of hematopoietic cell, fatty replacement of the marrow and pancytopenia.
We experienced one case of pregnancy-associated aplastic anemia and so we present it with brief review of literature.
